Am I hearing this right? Heath and Zane … uh, Morgan want me to be with both of them? Setting my internal issues aside, I turn and look Heath in the eyes. His face softens and he places a kiss on my cheek. Morgan presses closer, his body lined up against my back. My heart is beating staccato and my throat burns with tears left unshed. I can’t think about Molly right now. First things first, sort these two relationships out.

“Are you serious? The three of us in one relationship would be okay with you both?” I whisper, cupping his jaw.

“Yes, we’ve talked about an arrangement like this before, but we’ve never met the right woman until now. Will you take us both?” Heath’s lips brush against mine in a butterfly kiss that makes me want more.

“Why do you want to share a woman instead of having your own?” I stare him down, wanting to make absolutely sure we’re all on the same page. I already know I want in. The contrast between my two lover’s personalities complement each other and both make me feel safe in different ways. Having either of them singularly would be too much for me right now. Overwhelming? Wait until you focus on trying to figure out why your personality split in two. Fuck!

“The truth? We’ve been close all our lives. We’ve shared a few girls casually and find we prefer it. We both work a lot and women tend to leave us because we aren’t as available as they’d like. There are more reasons, but those are the big ones,” Morgan walks his fingers down my spine.

“Okay. How would it work from here? Do we schedule our time?” I ask.

“Ideally, we would spend a lot of time all together, splintering off when it felt needed, organically. I suppose. The only rules being transparency and open communication,” Heath brushes my hair from my face and seals his lips over mine.

There’s no way my brain can focus as he breaches my defenses with the languid roll of his tongue in my mouth. The tension in my shoulders softens and I mold my body to his, lean my head back, and match his passion with my own. A rumble vibrates Morgan’s chest against my back and his lips find the column of my neck. I’m sandwiched between the two solid men, floating like a buoy on the water. I know there’s more to be said, but I’m barely hanging onto my sanity right now. Pushing Molly back for the time being, I melt into Heath’s arms and throw caution to the wind.

“I’m in,” I pull away from the kiss and look from Heath to Morgan. Both men break out into wry grins and squeeze me tighter. “But with the condition we keep an open mind about more people joining. I get to choose who I’m with, always,” I lift my chin. I’m not certain, but something deep inside of me tells me I need more.

“You’ve got it. You get to choose, but we get a vote too.
